WARREN TUCKER

PwC Partner and UK Cloud & Digital Leader

Foreword

It’s a privilege to lead PwC’s Cloud and Digital business in the UK, where we get to help organizations grow new tech-enabled revenues, reduce costs, and embed cloud and new tech at the heart of their business. Even after 14 years of working with leaders from across government, health, and private sectors, the pace of change and innovation that technology is unlocking in how people work and live continues to amaze and inspire me – it’s true to say that we are always learning and adapting.

Business leaders and decision-makers increasingly recognize the importance and value that can be derived from a human-led approach to cloud and technology adoption. Our recent CEO survey highlighted that 86% of CEOs are continuing to invest in process automation, and some 77% are investing in cloud and AI technologies. Indeed many feel that this is not optional, with some 39% suggesting that failure to adopt these technologies may result in them no longer being commercially viable.
