Immediate contract resource

The challenge

A large California-based Salesforce Partner had immediate needs for multiple contract resources. In the past, the client had relied on its professional network or hired small groups to fill skill gaps within its teams. This client provides industry-leading solutions, products and services to the energy, service provider, and industrial markets and needed an exceptional Salesforce CPQ Architect.

With 20 years of quote-to-cash experience in a manufacturing setting, the client’s CPQ needs were very nuanced, and as a result, it had ultra-specific hiring needs.

The organization was looking for a strong culture fit and an exceptional candidate with a solid technical background, thorough CPQ knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience in the manufacturing industry was also essential.
